What is the Informative Model and why does it matter?
If you rent your property by the day or week, Spanish law requires an annual declaration to the Property Registry.
If you don't submit it, the Registry can cancel your NRUA. Without NRUA, you cannot legally advertise on platforms.

Who must submit the informative model?▼
All owners with an active NRUA. Each NRUA needs its own declaration, even with no activity.
What is the deadline to submit it?▼
From February 1 to March 2 to declare the previous year. It's best not to wait until the last day.
What happens if I don't submit it?▼
The Registry can cancel your NRUA and you won't be able to legally advertise on rental platforms.
What is the N2 program?▼
It's the official software from the College of Registrars to generate the valid declaration file. This tool prepares your data for that format.
What data must I declare for each stay?▼
NRUA, purpose of stay, number of guests, and check-in/check-out dates. No traveler personal data is included.
Is it the same as SES.Hospedajes?▼
No. They are different obligations: SES.Hospedajes reports traveler data, while this model reports property activity.
