Today we’re launching a feature we’ve been preparing for a while: automatic property verification.
When you add a property in Regi, we now automatically verify that it exists in the official systems of the corresponding authority.
Why this matters for you
Until now, if you entered an establishment code incorrectly or made any mistake with identifying data, you wouldn’t find out until something went wrong. Days or weeks could pass before discovering the error.
With automatic verification, you know instantly if your property is correctly configured.
What happens during verification
When you register a new property, Regi communicates directly with authority systems to confirm that:
- Your property data is correct
- The establishment exists in the official registry
- Everything is in order to start operating
This process takes just a few seconds. Meanwhile, you’ll see a waiting screen that keeps you informed of the progress.
If something isn’t right, we tell you clearly
In case verification is not successful, we explain exactly what went wrong so you can fix it.
Some examples of what we can detect:
- Incorrect or non-existent establishment code
- Temporary communication issues with the authority
- Data that doesn’t match the official registry
The peace of mind of knowing everything is right
This feature is part of our commitment to making managing your rentals as simple and secure as possible.
You don’t have to do anything different. Verification happens automatically every time you add a property.
Regi keeps getting better
This is one of many improvements we’re implementing to make Regi the best platform for managing your vacation rentals.
